Welcome to Forest Bathing with Mati Syra Zemlya/Mother Earth! Join Justin Ferko, Certified Forest Bathing Guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy, Interspiritual Companion, and Rusyn Slavic Wisdom Path Practitioner as we connect in our own ways with Earth, Life, and Spirit. Experience and learn the principles of Forest Bathing to apply in your life.
In this four week course, you will have the opportunity to begin, renew, or deepen your relationship with Mati Syra Zemlya/Mother Earth with an infusion of indigenous Slavic Wisdom. You will be invited into the deeply relational Forest Bathing practices of Sit Spot, embodied meditation to cultivate awareness of life energy/zhivot, and the power of invitation on remotely guided walks. You will meet ancient beings from the Slavic world who tend the forest, lakes, and rivers. You will be invited to celebrate magical Kupala Night with a remotely guided walk at dusk on this special night with sharing around a campfire.
