Academic Symposium

Call for Proposals
350 word abstract and biography are due Friday September 22, 2023. Proposal acceptance announced October 13. 2023

Note that CHS graduate students are now required to participate in at least two Academic Symposia during your years of CHS studies.

Possible Themes
a. Any research developed in the past 12 months (enabling you to fine tune a paper done for a course you have taken)
b. What does the future of Pagan studies and practice look like?
c. How can Paganism and Nature-spirituality evolve? What are the challenges current Pagans face (or continue to face)?

Logistics
6 presentations selected
45 minutes including presentation and discussion (20 for presentation, 25 for discussion)
Lunch Noon-1 pm
15 minute breaks in between sessions
