Student ID Card (for matriculated students only)

Student identification cards may be ordered only if you are a matriculated student in a degree program. Note that we must submit an order to a third party vendor, so please allow time for your card to arrive. After paying for your order you must send us a head shot photograph suitable for use on the ID card. Please email to CHS@cherryhillseminary.org. We will not place your order until this photo is received.
